PRE-COATED ROTARY VACUUM FILTER : Pre-coat rotary vacuum filter is developed based on advanced technology, it is the highly efficient and precise solid & filtrate separation equipment by adding pre-coated technology to the ordinary rotary filter.

With diversified design and excellent manufacturing technology, it is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, sugar refining, chemicals industries. It's used for the need of absorbing the filtrate and removing the filter residue.

Working principle: Pre-coated rotary vacuum filter has almost same working principle as the ordinary rotary filter;the main difference is this filter has filter aid (diatomite, Perlite for example) pre-coated before filtering.

When filtering, the filter aid in the tank will form needed pre-coated on the drum surface by the vacuum suction, then the slurry will be injected, by the vacuum suction the separated filtrate penetrate the pre-coated and filter cloth, then drain out after going through the suction tube, liquid collection tube and gas-liquid separator, meanwhile the solid particles in the slurry are intercepted and scraped by the auto scraper together with the filter aid surface layer.
