The MPB150 is a miniature external-gear pump configured with a 220V, 750W servo motor for continuous precision metering and fluid transfer. Its listed design uses straight involute gears, a magnetic drive, static sealing, and a 316L stainless-steel pump body.
Stated performance includes pulsation-free delivery, ±0.5% delivery accuracy when used with a servo or stepper motor, strong vacuum suction, and medium- to high-pressure transfer of low-viscosity liquids. The listed specification is 15 L/min with a G1/2 outlet.
The magnetic drive and static O-ring seal are intended to isolate the pumped medium from the external environment. An FKM sealing ring is listed for resistance to high temperatures, acids, alkalis, and corrosion.
Supported use areas include metering, sampling, dosing, filling, spraying, coating, lubrication, cooling, mechanical-seal flushing, water treatment, fuel- , printing systems, laboratory instruments, and other industrial fluid-handling systems.
