Dear purchasing partners, this equipment is equipped with a 3-axis linear robotic arm, driven by helical rack and pinion gears, offering performance superior to traditional belt or straight-rack solutions.
It is equipped with a self-developed automatic glue dispensing control system and a KW-900 dual-component pump mixing head, eliminating the need for air pressure dispensing and material measurement. The dispensing amount can be adjusted directly by the system, compatible with various liquid adhesives.
It meets the requirements for sealing, bonding, potting, and other polymer reaction processing. We welcome your inquiries!
