. Overview Specification After Sales Service Company Profile FAQ Overview . Model NO. They are widely used in industry of mining, electrical power, metallurgy, coal, environmental, etc for transportation of abrasive solid slurry.
Mud pump, impurity pump, dredge pump and desilting pump are all belong to category of slurry pump. Material are vary from corrosion and abrasion degree, high chrome abrosion & corrosion resistance alloy Cr27. MoNi, Cr30. MoNi are optional.
Specification Handles high-concentration slurry: up to 60% by volume and 70% by weight. High head and long-distance transport;single pump head up to 120m, and can be used in series. Large flow capacity up to 3400m³/h. Good particle passing ability, max particle size up to 380mm. Outlet size available from 1" to 22".
Suitable for slurry, mud, and corrosive media;widely used in mining, power, metallurgy, coal, and construction. Excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance, with metal and rubber material options;pH range 1.0–14. ISO-certified company;pumps with CE certification. Motor and diesel engine drives available.
Multiple drive arrangements to suit different site conditions. Key Configurations The slurry pump is equipped with replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber liners, high-efficiency impeller, heavy-duty bearing assembly, and optional shaft seals including gland packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.
Wet parts materials can be selected according to working conditions, such as A05, A07, A33, A49 or rubber. Motor and diesel engine drives are available, with multiple drive arrangements to suit different installation spaces and site conditions.
